I've been to a sister restaurant in Chi-town called Victory's Banner and the names of several other related establishments all bear the same cadence. Sri Chinmoy is a dynamic man and the people who work at SHN follow him because he rocks. Or so I've read.
But we're here about the food.
I like the fake bacon in whatever I order. They are known for their 'neat' loaf. The blue interior might be a bit alarming, but you get used to it. I love this place.
