I first visited the Graceful Planet at their location at the Mill in Sandy Hook. They've since moved to Berkshire Road in Sandy Hook (that much closer to my house!).
The programs there range from musical theater to all kinds of dance (ballet to hip hop) for all ages! My daughter took her first "creative movement" class there. I've done yoga, am tempted to try Pilates and will be starting and adult "Ballet Workout" in a few weeks.
The dance/yoga rooms are large, airy, spacious and just plain "feel good."
The prices are very reasonable, you can buy "class cards" that allow you to try a lot of different classes at a bulk rate. It's easy to get to (just across the street from Newtown High School) and the parking is good.
