Every make over needs a shopping trip. Macy's is one of the major department stores in the St. Louis area. Although there are several locations, I have only been to the one located at Westfield shopping, Crestwood.
The store is large, with two levels. Each time I have been in the store, there have been multiple sales. It didn't seem as though there were many sales people on the floor, so if I would have needed assistance, it may have been a problem. Also, not each register was open, so you had to look around to find one with a sales associate.
The variety of items in the store was wonderful though. There didn't seem to be an over abundance of each item, but there were many different items to choose from. It is my favorite mid-priced department store.
