In general, Best Buy is usually not your best bet.
The store is crowded, and the computer part selection is not as good as you can find on-line.
The prices also do not compare to on-line shopping.
The staff is usually hard to locate.
It is a good place to go and browse and compare actual models.
I also do not recommend the 'ship to store' aspect of the website.
It took them 45 min to locate my item, once I waited through the line to request my order.
I have not looked in the music or DVD section of the store, so I can not comment on the prices or selection available there.
