Manager is awful! There were some girls smoking pot in the room that adjoined mine. I reported this to the front desk and asked for another room or a refund. The manager came by and claimed that she couldn't smell anything, even though the maintenance guy had already confirmed my suspicions (Believe me, the smell was VERY strong). She wouldn't offer another comparable room and refused to give a refund under any circumstances. I walked away and still paid for the night. No way I was staying in unsafe conditions!
The room itself was subpar. Mostly clean but had an overall grimy feel to it.
