The whole experience of buying a vehicle from this dealership has been rediculous. We were referred by a friend to purchase a vehicle there and went with the expectation that we would get nothing but stellar service. This was definitely not the case. First of all the person that we requested was not available, so they had another individual show us vehicles. Although this individual was very sweet and meant well, it only quickly led to frustration. We were dealing with 2 salespeople instead of one throughout the entire experience. So you can imagine that they did not communicate to each other or to the other members of their team. During the whole negotiation process the dealership acted as though they were giving us a good deal when in reality they ended up getting what they wanted for the vehicle anyway. The classic, "We are losing a lot of money on this deal, we will just make it up on the next one." This is an exact quotation from the finance person. After settling for a vehicle from their Charleston store, we were told that the vehicle would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. We called Monday to make sure and were told again that the vehicle would be ready. Received a call on Tuesday morning from the other salesperson stating that they still did not know when the car would be in and that she would call as soon as she found out. Never got a call back. Called the dealership twice and never received a call back. Today is Wednesday and I still do not know when I will be getting my vehicle... more
