We live in an old house so termites were expected. The attic was full of them and we knew they had nests all over the house including the walls. We had plans on remodeling so it was necessary to have them fumigate the whole area. Wood with anti-termite solution might not be enough so we called Seabreeze. Their price for a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was quite reasonable so we recommend them for everyone in the Port Richey area.
