Wow, the name does not apply to this television repair shop. A great disappointment by the turn around time of repair. They estimated 10 days when in actuality it took 46 days. Upon bringing the set home, it still had the exact same problem. After another 5 - 10 phone calls, and a very rude receptionist, the tv was picked up to be repaired again. Low and behold, the original estimate was wrong, and now for it to be repaired will cost another $50. When looking for repair, be advised to look elsewhere. more

Turn around time is 10 days to repair, customer's part was on backorder, we notified the customer. This customer was aware of a long wait time for the part but still wished to repair it. When the TV was returned, the customer said the TV was not working, we then discovered that an additional part was needed and the customer then approved the additional cost for the part. This is the first complaint regarding our receptionist. We feel this complaint is not accurate of our long standing positive service.
