Since purchasing our home four years ago, we have been loyal customers to Carol House. My wife and I are big on 'researching' any major purchase - thus we made work of visiting furniture stores in St. Louis. However, Carol House is where we always wound up; they have an amazing selection and will negotiate price - and always beat any other 'best' prices we received from other furniture stores. Definitely take a look here - the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - not at all pushy or pressure-filled.
