Quick workout 4/13/2006

I joined Curves when they first opened and really enjoyed my time. They offer a 30 minute circuit style exercise program. You alternate between different equipment pieces and a cool down mat for the workout session. When I was going, you did each station for 3 minutes and rotated around the circuit a total of 3 times. When you were finished, you go to the back and do stretches. The only downfall for me was the crowd was mostly woman 50+ and I'm in my 20's. I like to talk while exercising and wasn't able to do that much here. It is a good, fast workout though. more
