Every time relatives come in from out-of-town, they all comment on how lucky we are to have a Cracker Barrel. So, we finally went there for breakfast, and everything was totally bland. Definitely a chain. Portions were small for the price, too. It seemed to us that the main purpose of the restaurant was to draw you in to look at the stuff in the gift shop. I guess it worked: I did buy something.
