I live in Winona, but I gladly make the 45-minute drive to Michael's because their steaks are the best around. I've never had anything else on the menu, so I can only tell you about the prime rib. It is always cooked to perfection just the way I order it, and is served pretty promptly (all things considered). The service is always excellent too. It really makes a difference when the server delivers your order with a smile. I've never had a bad experience at Michael's, so I have no problem giving them a great recommendation. In fact, when friends come in from out of town, I always take them to Michael's because it's the one place I can count on for delicious food and excellent service every single time
