This is one of only a few authorized Bernina sewing machine dealers and service centers in the Baltimore area. Their service is good though they don't always have the right parts on hand if you just walk in needing something. The fabric selection is very big but is arranged by style of the print instead of color so you have to look around more, it seems. The store has a lot of other stuff on display and is kind of overwhelming---too much to look at. They do classes here, too.
The location is not great, tucked way back off Joppa Road with a lot of office. You just have to find it once and then remember how you got there.
