asked Pam's Pets to help me obtain some pinkie mice feeders for some expensive baby snakes I have. They need to eat soon or they will not make it. A quick phone call to their mouse supplier would have helped me tremendously, however they would rather save that few bucks of revenue for themselves. They dismissed my issue as if there were none. The staffs knowledge on their animals is subpar but it has always been a place I could get what I needed. Not anymore. They have lost a long time customer.
