Back when I was a student at The College of Idaho, I was a regular at Mancino's.  They're a hole-in-the-wall kind of restaurant with flimsy tables and cheap plastic table cloths and not really enough space to say there's a dining room (although there's a bit of room to eat).  
Their grinders are, however, The Best.  There's something about the melted cheese and tomatoes baked in:  the messy, eat-over-a-napkin kind of sandwich, that is Oh So Yummy.  I can't call myself a regular anymore (that was many years ago), but every once in a while I just have to have a grinder from Mancino's.  And when I do get one, they're every bit as good as I remember.  I have never been disappointed.
