We like Home Depot for the products if you already know what you're doing. However, if you have questions, don't count on the person helping you to really know anything about it. This has been in EVERY department. I had questions in the gardening department, they really had no idea and just basically handed me a book to look it up myself. They rarely actually spend the time to "help" a customer. I've had better experience with the Eagle HD but very poor with Nampa and Ontario. They have better prices than the smaller home improvement stores so that's why we go there alot.
