I lived at 24 Westland Ave under Joy Realty in 2009 and part of 2010 and while in school and hated going home or bringing any of my friends over. The hallways were dirty/smelly and the Super didn't clean often. I have to say that the female manager that used to work in the office before the 2 useless office staffers came on got things done! She actually cared despite of the owners rude outbursts and unbalanced behavior. If you are considering the move, DON'T! They owner owns other properties in the area so do your homework...
