Chinese and American Cuisine. It's a quaint little place in downtown Monroe, with the service being so so and the food going from great to just Ok. Depends on what cook you catch and what waitress is there. The bathrooms are down in the basement and NOT handicap accessible. I would recommend take out orders from Monroe Gardens, for the simple fact is there is not a lot of parking and there's not a lot of seating. The prices are a tad high.
