As a grocery store Publix may be a little more expensive than another neighborhood grocery store and we know it is a lot more expensive than a Super WalMart but you get so much more at Publix. For starters, the bakery is out of this world. The bakery produces beautiful pastries and will accommodate any request, large or small. The produce and fresh cheese selection is larger than most neighborhood grocery stores and that really helps when you are trying to get a hard to find ingredient.
