Mulligan's has a good selection of beer, they carry a lot of international brands that you can't find anywhere else in Cincinnati, but that's just about the only thing this bar has going for it. The patio is a joke...plastic tables and chairs, they serve you in disposable cups and the entertainment is made up of one guy with a guitar that keeps threatening to take off his clothes (please don't!). I've never tried the food, but I'm honestly afraid to.
