They took over 1 month to complete the work. I had rental insurance so it wasn't a huge deal to me. But when i called and asked them 'nicely' what the delay was caused by i was hung up on. I couldn't believe the audacity to do that to a customer. I heard from another Audi-owning friend about similar issues with them. more
