Had a recent concern with my heating system . When I called, the guy told me that what I was smelling was probably just the furnace burning off some dust and accumulated dirt since the heater hadn't been on in awhile. turns out he was right but he insisted on sending someone by to check anyway. Who does that?? Found my HVAC guys for life!
