Sitar India Palace is in a not-so-great location, but the food is quite tasty. We always get the buffet, so I've tried a lot of things. The Paneer is always good - sometimes mattar sometimes saag. They also do a good job with the eggplant dish that I won't even try to spell. Their naan is good and they offer a second bread that I thought was just undercooked naan but is actually something else and it is good as well. My husband enjoys the Chicken Tikka Masala.
They also have desserts - including rice pudding and they've recently added a caramel pudding. They also have the dough balls in the sauce (no idea what they are called - sorry!).
There can be a wait on the weekends, so come early or be ready to wait. My only complaint is that I think it is overpriced. The buffet is $13.95/person plus tax - not including any drinks. The atmosphere inside is nice, but the abandoned stripmall it's in leaves something to be desired.
