Wife and I went into this place last fall with an agenda to upgrade our wood burning fireplace with a gas insert...We saw what we thought we wanted on the displays within the first 15 minutes and then waited OVER an hour while being "skilfully neglected" by the "staff". No business, kudos or returns to this cold spot.
