Don't let the easy phone number dupe you into calling these people. It's a complete waste of time and money. I called them on Sept 13 for them to order parts (evaporator, hinge, gasket, ice maker) for my refrig. I was told it would only take 5 days for the parts to arrive. I hadn't heard from them for 2.5 weeks, so I called them on Sept 30. They said the parts are in and scheduled a service call on Oct 5. When the service tech, Nathan, arrived, he didn't have all the parts I had requested to be ordered. He said the front office didn't tell him that he needed to order the parts for the evaporator. So I called the main office and the incompetent airhead who answered the phone said "Well, it's not showing up on the computer." Well, OF COURSE IT WOULDN'T SHOW UP. YOU FAILED TO ORDER IT WHEN I REQUESTED IT ALMOST A MONTH AGO!." To top it off, the parts they HAD ordered DIDN'T COME IN EITHER! And Nathan ONLY DISCOVERED the hinge is on backorder when he was at my house. HOW DISORGANIZED IS THAT? They tell me ALL the parts are in, but their own service guy doesn't know a part is on backorder UNTIL THEY ARRIVE AT MY HOUSE? I don't have all day waiting for these guys to show up time and time again only to find out they can't do the work. I have been without an refrigerator for almost a month now. And to top it all off, they were late to the appointment. They had called in the morning stating they would be 15 minutes late. Well, after 1 hr 15 min later, they finally show up. I would HIGHLY suggest you stay away from this company if you value your time and want your work done in a timely fashion. more
