Hopefully Sprint has changed its service and customer service within 6 months. I've had this cell phone for the past 6 years and the reason why I kept the plan was because it was a govt. one and it was so cheap. However, I never was able to get reception in buildings. When i called customer service, they always wanted me to renew my contract. One time they did it without letting me know. I was so upset, I ended up canceling and had to go through some many loops to cancel.
