Good: This studio, while deceptive from the outside, turned out to be the coolest personal training studio that I've ever found. The trainer, Travis Roesler, will guide you through a challenging workout guaranteed to leave you tired and exhilirated. I honestly have never had so much fun punching and kicking stuff before!. Bad: When I first drove up to the building, it didn't even seem like it could have a training studio inside. Turns out, the facility was more than I could ask for!. Improvements: The price was great... I guess a full locker room would be nice but the bathroom is really just fine.. Other: I HIGHLY reccomend that you check this place out. It's truly a hidden gem, worthy of Judy's book!.
