Service has gone downhill! 4/5/2006

We used to enjoy Sagebrush at the previous location on Cherry Road. This past Saturday my husband and I had a rare night without the kids and decided to try the new location on Tinsley Way. It was late (almost 9pm) when we arrived but there were still a decent crowd there. The dinner rush was long over. We waited 10 minutes before our drink order was taken. Our food order was missing items and our appetizer came out mere minutes before our entrees appeared. It took forever to get one refill on our beverages. Normally we are very easy to please, but we felt like whatever could go wrong, did. My steak was cooked perfectly which is one good thing that happened! :) Thankfully, we were not in a rush and didn't have cranky kids with us, so we took it in stride and just enjoyed the evening. We will not be back however. more
