Unfortuntely, grocery shopping is a necessity of life. And until this one-horse town gets a service like peapod, I'm going to have to continue to do it myself.. but NOT at Meijer. The slogan for Meijer is something like, "higher standards, lower prices" but should really be something more like, "lower prices, empty shelves." I used to love Meijer for it's great "one-stop shopping," this particular store though, it's done me no good. They are ALWAYS out of stock on tons of grocery items. Case in point, this Sunday afternoon, I have my list and am ready to shop for the week. Aunt Millie Bagel's were on sale, none in stock, my typical yogurt, not on sale, not in stock, my typical pasta alfredo sauce, not in stock, repeat for applesauce, frozen juice, and soup mix! I've had it with this store.
