I used L'Bri products for 2 years. The products worked fine, no huge improvement, but not worse. I had found them online and did not realize they were a home party company, although I did notice there was a name listed when I ordered. On my third order from the same web site something went wrong. I ordered the same three products I had ordered the two times before, but when I got my order the item was not included. The item wasn't charged either, so I emailed the lady and asked why I hadn't received the third item. By the way I had an email confirmation showing that I had ordered all three items. The lady told me that I had not ordered the third item, but she would gladly ship the item out. I of course would have to pay the shipping since it was my mistake and oh by the way a minimum order is $25! I freaked! I had already forwarded her my order confirmation and just could not believe what she was saying. She never did fix the issue, so I decided that day that I would never again use L'Bri. In fact it is still sitting in my bathroom. By the way I found out a few months later that the "consultant" that was helping me was actually the President of the company, Linda Kaminski. Why is the company president taking orders that should be going to a consultant?
