Marble Slab Creamery will always be the runner-up to Cold Stone as far as I'm concerned. My husband & I had a particularly negative experience at the Grand Ave location with a server who obviously was not happy with her job. She slouched, talked disrespectfully to patrons (including us), and did not help customers in the proper order. Once we got our ice cream, it became apparent that it wasn't even worth the wait & the attitude - the flavor just isn't up to Cold Stone's quality.
