There are several thrift stores in Boise, in fact probably enough to make a day out of it. But the Salvation Army on State Street is amazing on its own. I find cool and unusual items there on a regular basis. In fact, my sofa and two living room chairs came from this store! While this place might not be the best for finding cool vintage clothing, for furniture and home accessories, there isn't a better thrift store in Boise!
