I've only been to the Milky Way for dinner once, and there's a good reason for that. Two dinners, two drinks, and a tip added up to a bill of over $60. That being said, it was worth every penny. I had the special, which was salmon served with mashed potatoes, black beans, and fried plantains. It was Cuban fusion at its finest! My date, a vegetarian, had a portabello mushroom puff pastry, which he let me try, which was also incredible. They give you hearty portions, so you won't leave hungry. The service is also top notch, and the staff is friendly and not at all snobby as with some fine dining establishments. Tip: try eating here for lunch! You can get a gourmet sandwich and soup or salad for about eight bucks. That way you can experience the elegance and deliciousness of Milky Way for more than just special occasions!
