The only airports I was ever exposed to were large and chaotic. Going to Willard Airport University of Illinois was a huge wake up call. I didn't know airport could be so small and yet so convenient was able to get in and to my flight within 20 minutes. I liked that my husband could drop me off out front help me in and then leave without paying for parking. Although night parking is not that bad either. I did noticed that it is more expensive to fly to this airport then say Chicago but if you calculate gas and parking it is worth the money. The service at the desk was great, they have car rental there for you. I like the new check yourself in area so you can do everything yourself, it is fast and easy. I also like not having to hoof it to a gate to make a flight. I'll pay the extra money for the cozy, stress free airport anytime. I wish most airports were like this one.
