They get the job done eventually, but don't hold your breath. This is a typical small town business. They work on their time, not yours. Once my father ordered a part there. 6 months later, they're still giving him the run around. I ordered it for Daddy on the web and had it here in a week. The guys at Louie's are nice people, but you get the feeling that business may not be their first priority. But they do sharpen saws properly!
