I have been to this Toys R Us lots and lots of times. Usually it is very well stocked and the prices are always listed on the shelf. One time when I went after christmas season and my son had a gift certificate, it looked as though it was about to go out of business! The shelves were bare! I know it wasn't this way the week before christmas, it must have been them sending items back to the main warehouse, but it was awful! Most times the customer service is very good. They did just change the return policy to needing a receipt, which when we get gifts they don't always have the receipt in the package. Then it is too embarrassing to ask for one, so we are stuck with the gift. more
