When Outback first opened we were excited to go there! However, the wait there on the weekend is over an hour, and hasn't gone down even though they have been open for 2 years! We usually order curbside and bring home our food. The salads used to be much bigger than they are now. The sirloin steak is pretty consistant... very good, cooked to order. The sides are delicious.
On the other hand:
Last time we ordered curbside my husband arrived at the designated time frame and the food was not ready. The attendant explained that it was her first day and she forgot to put our order in. Then, after a half hour, the manager brought the food and didn't offer an apology! Then my husband brings home the food and we cut into the steak and it was BLOODY & RAW! I called the manager and told him who I was. He knew my husband's name and exactly who we were! I said that after waiting for 30 minutes you would think the food would be cooked. In any case, he express mailed us a gift certificate to return and try again.
It was a bad experience, but the first in 2 years. They didn't respond right at first, but then after being called they ammended everything.
