I have been a Weight Watchers member for a year now. I have always been able to lose weight on a diet, but I never was able to keep it off until I found weight watchers and their point plan.
You are given an allotment of points to use for the day, and you can eat anything you want as long as you don't go over your point value. You never have to deprive yourself of something you REALLY want that way! You can save up your points for a special occassion if you want. The support and weekly weigh ins are great too.
