This is a place for tourists, so it's very crowded with shoppers ALL the time. It's very stressful to get in and out of there, then you have to deal with the traffic once you do. I like to slip in and out of the garden department, which seems less crowded. Early morning is the best time to go here. Don't try the weekends, it is packed !
