Not really a dollar store - more like a 5 to 10 dollar store with some extremely cheap merchandise for way too much money. There is no reason anyone should go here and the stuff they sell is so poor quality and so expensive when compared to Dollar Tree that it just isn't worth your time or money. I have no idea why they put this in the middle of a mall, but after you come out with one of their cheap bag you will be suffiecently embarrased as you walk through the length of the mall.
