Neat books, but EXTREMELY RUDE sales people 3/31/2006

The books are nice, but expensive. The sales people on the other hand are not so nice. Regardless of whether you are buying, selling, browsing or trading depend upon it that these people will make you feel like trash. They will ignore you, they don't smile, they won't greet you and are quite curt, rude and unhelpful. Selling your books here is awful. They list their selling hours, but often if you come in on those days they will make you wait 15 minutes or more, or refuse to help you altogether. The only possibly redeeming thing about the place is the cat, though she is often asleep and if you pet her sometimes the sales people will harrass you. Really not worth it. Treehorn books in downtown Santa Rosa is more reasonable, has more interesting books and slightly friendlier staff. Go there if you are selling or buying. more
