poor customer service 4/2/2006

I've only been to this studio once, but the customer service wasn't very good. I'm not sure if it was that they were short handed and busy, but that shouldn't be an excuse. We waited for a half hour over are appointment time and the photographer seemed to rush us through the session. When we picked up the portraits they had messed up our order and seemed to be upset about fixing it. more
