Just be aware the 2 Gloucester stores are franchise stores so rules are different. I bought a DSL line filter at Verizon's phone support's direction. I fixed the problem myself - It was NOT the DSL line filter like I knew but stupid me bought it anyway. I never even opened the package. Stupid me (x2) didn't take it back to the store right away... Well you only have a few days to return it. So now I have an overpriced DSL filter I don't need, and can't even get store credit for it. Thankfully there's a company owned store 2 blocks from my office. Guess where I go now? Stupid Me (x2), Stupid RS people (x infinity)...
