I chose to reveiw this particular Subway restaurant because they stand out far above the others. I belive it is a husband and wife owned business since I always see the same man and woman there. When you enter, they are very cordial and will usually remember you if you have been there before. Their sandwiches are always nice and fresh and they make them specifically how you ask. I personally recommend the meatball hero on toasted parmesan bread. It is aboslutely delicious. I found it necessary to write this reveiw because I have been tot hat particular Subway about 6 times and I have always had a pleasant experience. then recently I went to another Subway restaurant which was actually closer to my home and when I ordered what I usually order (meatball hero on well toasted cheese bread), the man started to put the meatballs on the bread before he toasted it. I asked him not to do that since I wanted the bread crunchy and putting meatballs and sauce on bread before toasting it would defeat the purpose, well, I was given an attitude and the man said "we always do it this way", so I told him how I usuallu go to a different Subway and they make the sandwich the way "I request them to" it shouldn;t be made "however he feels like making it". To make a slong story short, the man was so rude and nasty and to top it all of, my sandwich was horrible, the meatballs had little black burnt spots inside of them and the bread tasted old. This was the Subway on Taylorsville Road across from Hardee's, I would never recommend that anyone waste their money there. If you want a good Subway sandwich made to order and pleasant service, I highly receommend Subway on Hurstbourne Pkwy. near Sonic.
