I was very impressed with this restaurant. It is new to the Kansas City area. They have a wide variety of salads for about $7.00 and you get to choose your lettuce (iceberg, romaine, spinach, etc) and then choose five mix-ins (cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, pecans, croutons). They also serve awesome sandwhiches, my co worker ordered a salmon BLT and was very pleased. The prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional.
