Good: SALES. Bad: SERVICE DEPT. Improvements: NEW Service Manger and Advisor. Other: DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THE SERVICE DEPT UNLESS YOU DO NOT WANT TO RIDE--in june of 2011 i had a wreck on my bike , only damage was scratches and small dent in fuel tank--no frame or wheel damage , the bike could be driven--i left the bike there so they could order parts and fix the bike when parts came in...FIRST they would not order parts for the bike until i pay for the parts even though the bike was staying there and worth 3x as much as the parts that was needed.The bike was finished on august 31 2011.
