Dealing with this company has been terrible. I had a problem with a water line leaking. We thought the line was to the outside spigot because it was not working. I called this company they told me that it was the hose bib without even looking at the problem. Finally I got them to come out and we realized the line was not for the spigot at all but actually for an old water line that led to something else entirely. They also told me that my sewage ejection pump was broken and needed to be replaced it would be around $600.00 for the job. MY HUSBAND LOOKED AT IT AND REALIZED THE PUMP WASN'T PLUGGED IN!!!! What a joke this company is. Beware when dealing with them.
