Despite the many critics, I love Walmart. Now that I have a family of four, Walmart has become my home away from home. I think I went 3 times yesterday.
A few things that I like to do at Walmart:
Stop and get a free sample cookie (or two sample cookies if it's chocolate chip day) for myself. If my daughter, who is 2 years old, is with me, we follow the routine of getting a sticker from the greeter guy, getting a couple sample cookies at the bakery, and continue shopping. If I don't, the trip is utter chaos.
Get a cheap oil change while I'm shopping.
Go to the electronics section for no apparent reason.
Go back to the free cookie place.
I don't know how I would survive without Walmart. Oh, and before they started all the construction across the street, it was really cool to talk about Lake Walmart.
