Probably the first thing you will notice stepping into Highlands Hollow is the warm, cozy atmosphere. They have a fireplace in the center of the room which really emphasizes its role as a ski lodge for those coming down from Bogus.
While the food is delicious and unexpected, you'll want to go down for their tasty microbrews. They have something for every taste; from malty darks to sweet wheat ales, I don't think anyone in my group of 8 had trouble finding a beer they liked.
The people were kind and prompt in their service even when it was most busy. Overall, it was a very delightful experience.
