Air tran is offering probably the lowest fairs out of TIA airport. They offer really low rates on both one way and round trip. You also typically can get a good price at the last minute although it is usually better to book 2 weeks in advance. The staff are very courteous and the planes always seem clean and well maintained. This is definately cheaper then driving and faster too.
